In the year 2007-08 the Group has undertake substantial capacity expansion in all the plant. Further group is planning to set up HT cable plant to manufacture XLPE cable up to 66 KV with ultra modern CCV line.

Rallison produces wide variety of cables which include PVC/XLPE Power Cables, Control & Instrumentation Cables, Airport Lighting Cables (5 KV), Mining Cables (Double Wire Armoured), Screened Cables and Signaling Cables with HR/FR/FRLS/FS and Zero Halogen properties for Power Stations, Airports, Refineries, Multi Storeyed Buildings, Factories and Communication Network.

The company has developed Fire Survival Cables with Aluminum Conductor for the first time in the world. These cables have been type tested by CPRI, Bangalore. The Company has also developed Fire Survival Wire under ‘C’ , ‘W’, ‘Z’ Category and tested from Building Research Establishment Ltd. (BRE Global), U. K.
